Settlement of Munavvar al-Saltanah and her daughter, Qamar Taj, 1889
Munavvar al-Saltanah, the daughter of Farmanfarma, has settled the Mubarak Abad village, Mihr Abad village, as well as Qishlaq (Gurablar), and Quzulchah (Mardan) in Dizaj Rud in Maraghah in exchange for seven thousand and two hundred tumans with her daughter, Qamar Taj Khanum (the wife of Mirza Salih Khan Mu‘tamad Divan). On the margin, Baba Khan has guaranteed this transaction on behalf of himself and his son, Muhammad Sultan.

Settlement of Fatimah Baygum with ‘Abd Allah and Muhammad Naqi, 1871
‘Abd Allah, the son of Karbalayi Nasr Allah, and Muhammad Naqi, the son of Najafquli Bayg, from the Quchkanlu clan of Chahar Uymaq Shaqaqi sell one-sixth of the village of Aqdaq-i Sufla from the district of Tab Tab to Fatimah Baygum Khanum, the daughter of Aqa Khan, in exchange for forty five tumans; a revocation clause has been included. Najafquli, the father of Muhammad Naqi, has confirmed the transaction on the margin.

Settlement of Umm Nisa’ Khanum and Karbalayi Sattar, 1878
Karbalayi Sattar, the son of the late Mawlavi Bayg, sells all his shares of inheritance to Umm Nisa’ Khanum, the daughter of the late Haji Muhammad Bayg from Ahar, in exchange for twelve tumans. The settlement includes a revocation clause for six months. The settlement was extended in 1905 or 1906 and 1912 or 1913.

Settlement between Aqa Naqi's daughters and Muhammad ‘Ali Khan, 1858
Shahr Banu Khanum, Bulur Khanum, and Sadr-i Jahan Khanum (the daughters of Aqa Naqi from Mahvizan) transfer all of their parental inheritance from properties in the village of Qajar Abad to Muhammad ‘Ali Khan, the son of Aqa Muhammad ‘Ali Kama’i, in exchange for total of twelve tumans, with each receiving four; it includes a revocation clause.

Fatimah Baygum Khanum's sale document, 1877
Fatimah Baygum Khanum, the daughter of Aqa Khan Shaqaqi, sells part of the Chibni village in the district of Hashtrud to Amin Allah Bayg, the son of Sadiq Bayg Yavar, for twenty six tumans. The agreed-upon revocation period of the contract is eight months.

Zarrin Taj Khanum's settlement, 1881
Zarrin Taj Khanum, the daughter of Nasr Allah Khan Qajar Sahib Ikhtiyar, has given the power of attorney to Husayn Bayg for a transaction with Haj ʻAli Aqa the merchant, the son of ʻAbd al-Karim Taj, regarding a property in the Surkhab neighborhood, which is an inherited land from Zarrin Taj Khanum's father, in exchange for eighty four tumans. On the margin, Hasanquli Khan has been identified as his mother's guarantor. Sale document of Umm Kulsum Khanum, 1872
Umm Kulsum Khanum, the daughter of Mashhadi Aqa and the wife of Mir Aqa, in a separate document, had sold her one-week share of the Khan Muhammad Khan qanat in Ahrab to Haj ʻAli ʻAbbas, the well-known merchant from Lak. She additionally sells him her one-week share of the qanat in Ganjʻalikhan garden; this garden was purchased by the owners of Khan Muhammad Khan qanat.

Haj Muhammad Hasan the merchant from Tehran, on behalf of Mirza Riza Quli, sells a building known as Haji Aqa ‘Ali Asghar, located in the Char Minar [Chahar Minar] neighborhood, to Shahzadah Khanum, the sister of Shahzadah Khanlar Mirza and wife of ‘Abbasquli Khan the brigadier general, for one thousand and fifty tumans.
